AWeber certainly is a great tool and probably the best available if you're planning on sending a lot of mail. For smaller quantities it's worth looking at Mail Chimp or Constant Contact too.
One word of warning though about building a marketing database and that is always to have a back up. Don't rely of one of these service providers to hold your database on line, it's too risky.
